Barry O'Riordan

Barry O'Riordan, Creative Director / Executive Producer/ Series Producer/ Producer/ Director. Barry has over 30 years of experience in broadcast programming, commercials direction, corporate video and interactive production . During his time with ITV Barry worked on a range of TV programmes, from the children's flagships "Magpie" and "Splash" to documentaries, including "Unknown Chaplin," "Hollywood" and " Cinema Europe." For IMG, Barry was the Series Producer for "Century", a 13 part documentary series documenting the history of the 2Oth Century and joint Executive Producer on a six part documentary on the life of Jack Nicklaus. As Worldwide Creative Director he was the joint founder of TWI Interactive and was responsible for launching the Commercials division of IMG with clients such as Rolex and Royal Bank of Scotland. Barry worked as Creative Director and shoot director for the successful Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics Bid Film. His commercials work as Director includes spots for Lloyds Bank, Rolex, RBS , Direct Line, Weetabix, Burger King, Penguin and Proctor and Gamble. Awards for Production include Royal Television Society Award - American Primetime Emmy Award - Cannes Lion Award - The New York Festival - US International Film and Video Festival - Creative Circle Award - IVCA Gold Award - IVCA Silver Award - Kinsale Commercial Direction Award - BTAA - Promax Award - International Computer Animation Festival - London Computer Animation Festival Barry has also received three BAFTA nominations.
