Sho Onodera Served our country bravely as a member of the Military intelligence Service during WWII. He was born in Seattle, WA and was living in Los Angeles when the war broke out. He was rounded up as were 120,000 other persons of Japanese ancestry and sent off to an interment camp, Sho was sent to Manzanar, in central CA. From here he enlisted in the Army and because he had spent part of his youth in Japan was assigned to the Military Intelligence Service and brushed up on his Japanese at Camp Savage in WI. His skills were so good that he was an instructor at Camp Savage and participated in the war crimes trials in Japan after the war.
