As the managing director and founder of Anka Film, an Istanbul based film production company, Ozogul has contributed to the production of several national and international movies in the global film industry in different positions ranging from accountant to producer since 1993. As a graduate of Ankara University's Department of Political Sciences, after working in the private sector, he started his career in the international movie industry, living abroad and contributing to British TV movies Sharpe's Siege (1996) and Sharpe's Waterloo (1997), followed by one of England's most expensive TV series, Hornblower (1999). Eventually founding Anka Film in 2006, the companies he has worked for and managed provided executive management and operational service to the production of several world-renowned movies, including 007 James Bond World is Not Enough (1999) by director Michael Apted, 007 James Bond Skyfall (2012) by Sam Mendes, Empire of the Wolves (2005) by Chris Nahon, The Accidental Spy (2001) by Jackie Chan, The Water Diviner (2014) by Russell Crowe and The Edge of Heaven (2007) by Fatih Akin who was awarded the Best Screenplay Award at Cannes Film Festival with the related movie Ozogul's company co-produced.
