Lori Lynner grew up in Salt Lake City, UT, USA. She performed in school plays and community theatre throughout her teens, and sang professionally in local bands from age 14, singing rock, jazz, pop, soul, and country. At 18 she was invited to tour with Bob Hope as his opening act and music/comedy partner. She attended the University of Utah and Regents College in London, then moved to Seattle, WA in 1990, where she studied acting at Freehold Studio. She performed in local theatre, continued to sing professionally (live and in recording sessions), and worked as a voice-over artist. She also began to emerge as a songwriter, and released an original rock/pop EP. Her first film role was in 1998's "Under Heaven" (later re-titled "In the Shadows"), but her scene as a stoner chick complaining about her day job was cut. Lori moved to Los Angeles, CA in Sept. of 1997, and has sung at the weddings of Adam Sandler, Charlie Sheen & Denise Richards, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Tori Spelling, Julia Sweeney, at Golden Globes after-parties, at the Wynn in Las Vegas, as well as on library music and jingles. She wrote and produced the rock/pop CD "Little Extremes", which has received airplay on XM Radio, and is available on iTunes, CD Baby, and her website.
