Daniel Rosenfeld (Buenos Aires) , director , awarded as New Director at Venice Official Competition, is also co-producer of his films and several projects. For several years, before directing, he took piano composition classes but ended up making films. Mass Media graduated, studied editing with Miguel Perez, staging with Augusto Fernandes, acting with Julio Chavez, and took seminars with Krysztof Kieslowsky, Stephen Frears, Jorge Goldenberg, Lita Stantic, Ken Adam, Alessandro Baricco, Antonhy Mingella and Abbas Kiarostami. Before directing films, he worked on several full-length films as Alejandro Agresti's assistant director (Buenos Aires Viceversa, El viento se leave lo qué, La Cruz -scrip stage-) . He directed 5 awarded feature films (Documentaries and fiction) premiered at Berlinale, Venice Oficial Competition, Idfa, San Sebastian, Karlovy Vary, FidMarseille, Vision Du reel, , Rotterdam, Moma, Center Popmidou, etc. And co produced 9 titles with France, Denmark, Spain, Netherlands, Japan, Germany. His last film directed "Piazzolla, the years of the shark", co produced with ARTE France, tohokushinsha film corporation Japan, Avotros Netherlands , Ideale Audience, was nominated for the Latin GRAMMY 2019 best long documentary on music .
