Saif Xnaydra went from Civil Engineering to becoming the youngest award winning journalist and published writer to becoming an actor, managing his own career under Vision League Entertainment and establishing himself as a prominent up and coming talent. Prior to pursuing an acting career, Saif was studying Civil Engineering and working as a journalist for a national magazine "Y-MAGAZINE", an opportunity he acquired after writing a letter to the editor in chief describing an inhumane situation he encountered with an illegal immigrant being exploited under minimum wage. The editor in chief was impressed by the letter and decided to publish it nationwide on March 27, 2012. Saif became the youngest published writer at Y-MAGAZINE and was granted by SABCO MEDIA the Editor's Choice Award for Achievement in Journalism. Subsequently to the letter he was hired to work as a regular writer at Y-MAGAZINE, investigating and writing about various critical subjects taking place in the country. Saif conducted an entire research on the underground illegal drug abuse as he traveled across country documenting information, conducting interviews and unveiling significant facts, on April 10, 2012 an entire issue of Y-MAGAZINE titled 'Hard Candy' was published based upon the research Saif conducted and the issue was dedicated to his work. On August 22, 2013 Y-MAGAZINE published a special issue celebrating the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King's iconic 'I have a dream' speech and the legacy he left on civil rights and freedom, Saif was picked among the four most influential people in the country to speak about the future and share his definition of freedom. Saif had a tremendous passion for cinema and was extremely interested in becoming an actor early on. He appeared in various plays throughout his school years and was a member of the Theater Club in college where he performed in plays across the country and acted in student films. In 2014 Saif Xnaydra moved to Hollywood with the aspiration of perusing his lifetime dream of becoming an actor. Wanting to find his own voice, obtain artistic freedom and learn as much about the business, Saif decided to work without an agent as he established his own company Vision League Entertainment, an opportunity which allowed him to establish friendships with industry professionals and appear in various award winning feature films and short films. Saif made his first TV appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! (2003) Working alongside Zac Efron where he was cast as the neurotic male fan obsessed with the actor. Saif described working with Zac Efron a dream come true as he grew up watching High School Musical (2006) . Following that he made various appearances in short films including Fumo (2014) which was an official selection at the Torino Film Festival in Italy where it was nominated for 'The Chicca Richelmy Award' and Sing for Your Supper (2016) alongside Bodhi Elfman and Georgina Reilly, the film won various awards and was an official selection at over 20 film festivals all around the world. Saif Also appeared in various feature films including Excess Flesh (2015) which was an official selection at the South by Southwest 'SXSW' Film Festival and won at both the Molins de Rei Horror Film Festival and First Glance Film Festival and Highway to Havasu (2017) which was an official selection at the Hollywood Independent Reel Film Festival wining for both 'Best Comedy' and 'People's Choice Award'. "Highway To Havasu" made the top 10 list for best selling movies on iTunes in less than 24 hours from its release beating Live by Night (2016). Saif Xnaydra manages his own publicity and on March 11, 2017 he was invited to attend Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2017 (2017) on the behalf of Vision League Entertainment promoting "Highway to Havasu" where he appeared accompanying actress Isabela Merced.
