Josh Perilo

Josh Perilo was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He's the son of Efraim (Frank) Perilo and Sharon Perilo, and the oldest of five children: actress Anna Perilo, actor Aaron Perilo, Nathan Perilo, and David Perilo. Josh joined Omaha's prominent theater community at a young age, participating in productions such as "Peter Pan" and "South Pacific". He went on to perform in plays at several different high schools, and attended college at the prestigious North Carolina School of the Arts to study drama. After four years, he moved to New York City and was cast almost immediately in Terrance McNally's controversial Off-Broadway play "Corpus Christi". He went on to appear on several television shows and frequent performances at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York before becoming a full time writer.
