David Pulbrook began his career at Crawford Productions in the 1960s, editing the iconic Australian TV Series' 'Homicide', Matlock Police' and 'Division Four'. After spending time working overseas in the UK, David joined Film House working with Fred Schepisi on TV Commercials. He then worked for the South Australian Film Corporation as Editor in their Documentary and Feature Film unit. In 1979, he began his own Post Production facility, and in 1984 formed another company, Discimage Productions, editing numerous Feature Films and TV Series. David's Feature Film credits as an Editor include the Australian Films 'Squizzy Taylor', 'Street Hero', 'Ground Zero' (AFI Award Winner), 'Hotel Sorrento' (AFI Nominated), 'Brilliant Lies', 'Visitors' and 'The Cup'; and the Australian TV Mini Series 'Eureka Stockade'. David's directorial debut feature film 'Last Dance' premiered at Melbourne International Film Festival in August 2012 before being released internationally, and went on to win an accolade at Cannes Senior. His second feature 'Bad Blood' premiered at Adelaide Film Festival in 2017 and was released later that year internationally.
