Michaël VIGER began his movie making career with Arte as a specialised researcher on World War II veterans before he joined Henri Verneuil as assistant on the film Mayrig. Over a period of 25 years, he worked as 1st AD, 2nd unit Director and Advisors with several well-known directors, including: Sally Potters (The Tango Lesson), Randall Wallace (The Man in the Iron Mask), Elle Chouraqui (Harrison's Flowers), Fred Cavayé (Point Blank), Albert Dupontel (Au revoir là-haut), Jean Marie Poiré (The Visitors "Bastille day), Florent Emilio Siri (Intimate Enemies and My Way), Marc Dugain (The curse of Edgar), Alexis Michalik (Edmond) ... He also directed during 4 years commercials (Axe, Securite routiere, Persavon, Cuisinella, Chivas...) as well as some documentaries. Television credits include "Regard sur la Roumanie" de la Revolution and Hamet "un pianiste la nuit". His current projects include both documentaries and fiction films.
