Crystal Verge

Crystal committed to writing full time in 2014 after more than twenty years as a busy actor in Film, TV and Theatre. She has two theatrical Features in development, had two MOW's produced and is collecting awards for her screenplays and plays. 2019 quarter finalist in the Nicholl, 2020 finalist in the VWIFT International Screenwriting Competition and 2019 finalist in the HedgeBrook Women's Screenwriting Lab as well as national and provincial awards for her plays. She holds a BFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia, 2009 and a Diploma in Theatre Arts from George Brown College, Toronto and is the Lead Instructor for the Writing For Film & Television Program at InFocus Film School, Vancouver, Canada.
