Chris Ver Wiel is an American filmmaker, screenwriter, actor, novelist, comedian and artist. He is an award winning writer/director with credits including "Who is Celtics Tout?" (Tim Allen, Christine Slater, Richard Dreyfus), "The Waiting Game", "Rockula" and "Urban Jungle". He released the fictional novels "Starbucks Nation" (2008 Arcade Publishing/Simon and Schuster) described as a post modernist fairy tale and "Burying Morrison" (2015 Grafton Street Press), a contemporary satire on American pop culture. As an artist his black and white watercolors and pencils have sold world wide and hang in private galleries from the U.S. to Western and Eastern Europe. He is also the originator of "The Cine' Novella", a concept presenting screenplays in a hybrid novel format. Under his film company Grafton Street Press Ver Wiel has published eight Cine' Novellas including "The Belle Star Friendly", "Mariner Found", "Catwalk", "Thunder Mountain", and "The Last Lion".
