Elizabeth is an actress currently based in her hometown of Melbourne. She is well known for her work across a range of Australian film and television productions. As a child, Elizabeth cut her teeth on TVCs, and buried herself in the work of Shakespeare and Chekhov. This was followed by recurring roles on 'Neighbours' (Cassandra) and 'Blue Heelers' (Melissa Reeves) plus a plethora of indie films, presenting gigs and voiceover campaigns. She also danced her way around Hong Kong as Mickey Mouse at one point. After travelling the world and circumnavigating her country via the sea, Elizabeth has re-emerged as a popular choice for local and international roles. In 2017, she reappeared on 'Neighbours' as Lana Kline. Recently, she played Mrs. Harrison in Xue Xiaolu's feature, 'The Whistleblower' and is set to play the lead role of Lucy McLeod in 'Deviate', another feature currently in pre-production. Also a trained classical ballet dancer, Elizabeth's love of storytelling was born onstage and quickly blossomed into a passion for acting. Her training began with Trinity Speech & Drama. She later studied at the National Theatre Drama School in Melbourne, and was subsequently awarded the VicHealth Scholarship at St Martins. During her time living in London, she spent a year of full time study at The Method Studio. Parallel to her acting career, Elizabeth is an established writer with a Masters degree in journalism. A self-confessed cinephile and wordsmith-slash-grammar-vigilante, she recently merged her skill sets to begin penning screenplays. Additionally, she has a penchant for travel photography, inspired by her time writing for Lonely Planet, and is a published children's book author. A Melbourne girl at heart, Elizabeth has an obsession with coffee, a conversational proficiency in sport and knows how to dress for all seasons in one day. She also has a Jack Russell Terrier who likes to chase flies.
