Orvis comes from California born and raised started in EMS in 1987 as an EMT became a paramedic in 1992. Worked for various ambulances services through out California. In 1995 started his own company Medics at the Movies, In 2000 acquired Production Medics and made that the front runner of his organization. Orvis Lives and works in Las Vegas. He saw a need in Nevada to start a new company with Production Safety in mind. Safety Production Specialist was credited for Motion Picture and TV productions throughout Nevada. Training as EMS Safety Officer, The only certified (FSO)Fire Safety Officer for Motion Picture and TV productions in Las Vegas.
