Sharon Smyth Lentz started her career 'in the business' as a model for Sears, Roebuck, and Company catalog at the tender age of 5 years old. She did runway work for several fashion houses in New York City, and voice overs for radio commercials. Her first television commercial was for Post Cereal, and thus started the steady stream of auditions and many commercials for Sharon at such a young age. In 1965, when Sharon was 8 years old, she portrayed a character named Suzie Carter, on a soap opera called "Search For Tomorrow". At the time, each episode was 15 minutes long, and it was LIVE. By 1967 , Sharon won the role of little "Sarah Collins", the younger sister of Barnabas Collins, on the gothic soap opera "Dark Shadows". Dark Shadows aired on ABC from 1966-71 and became one of TV's most popular daytime series of all time. Today Sharon is still acting and making appearances around the Country. As well taking on Producer roles also.
