Producer, Distributor, and Actor for features films and TV shows for over 40 years, Rodney Stone has worked with Warner Bros, Sony, Hallmark, Paramount and many others. He has been Executive Producer on films like including The Last Ride starring Henry Thomas and Kaley Cuoco, and comedy Senior Moment starring Christopher Lloyd and William Shatner, and co-owns The Pistol: Pete Maravich Story. Recently Stone was an Executive Producer to Christmas At The Chateau in 2019 and Last Ounce of Courage in 2012. Mr Stone was personally mentored by Warner Bros' President Barry Reardon and Harry Thomason who was executive producer for Designing Women. In 1991 Hollywood Reporter recognized "The Pistol" The Birth Of A Legend as the most innovative way to release a major motion picture through corporate sponsor Chick-Fil-A. Stone was hired as a consultant in 1987 by Hallmark Cards in which he advised them to create Hallmark Pictures & television. In 1986 Barry Reardon President WB Pictures hired Rodney Stone as Marketing Director to the Inspirational Market, where he helped distribute films like The Mission (1986) starring Robert De Niro. The film was a critical success including multiple Oscar, BAFTA, and Golden Globe nominations and wins including the prestigious Palm d' Or at the Cannes Film Festival. Stone was also an actor on TV series like Designing Women and films like Poor Little Rich Girl (1987) starring Farrah Fawcett. He got his start working on film productions such as The Hitcher (1986) with Rutger Hauer, Once Upon A Texas Train (1988) with Willie Nelson, Inherit the Wind (1988) with Kirk Douglas, and Mistress (1987) starring Victoria Principal.
