Jennifer Gee

Jennifer Gee was born in Kaiser Hospital, in Panorama City, California, though she has lived in Van Nuys for many years. When Jennifer was a senior at Birmingham High School, she was cast as Glenda the Good Witch in the high school musical, "The Wiz". The night of the musical, the "Days of our Lives" casting director, Fran Bascom was in the audience, and a week later Fran tracked down Jennifer's number and called her and said, "Hi, my name is Fran Bascom and I'm from Days of Our Lives (1965) and I'd like for you to come and audition for me." Jennifer was so lost. In hindsight, the opening night of "The Wiz" turned out to be the best night of her life! Jennifer assumed the role of 'Susan Adamson', from Lindsay Hollister, who could not continue with the show due to scheduling conflicts, on June 20.
