Musician and composer, Big George Webley was also the overnight radio talk show presenter on BBC Radio London. His partner JoAnne Good most nights hosted the show before George's. His show was very popular with London Cab drivers who often contributed to his show, and they organised a celebration for George at 1:45 am on 11 May 2011 outside the studios where he worked. They sang a rendition of Louis Armstrong's hit "What a Wonderful World" and also held a one minute silence at 2 am, the time his show used to start.
