Brett-Patrick Jenkins began his career in independent movies working as a makeup and visual effects artist. At 20 he was hired at Rick Baker's Cinovation Studios where he contributed to films like Hellboy and Haunted Mansion. Since then he has developed, created, and produced a number of award-winning documentaries and television shows including Untold, the iconic sports series on Netflix in partnership with the Way Brothers (Wild Wild Country), and the Critics Choice winning Face Off, the special effects makeup competition show on the Syfy network. He was a pioneer in adapting podcasts to television, partnering with Gale Anne Hurd (Terminator, The Walking Dead) to bring the scripted show Lore to Amazon, and Payne Lindsay's Up & Vanished to Peacock. Over the years he has continued to innovate in the horror genre by creating, writing and directed Haunted for Netflix, which he brought on James DeMonaco (The Purge) to produce alongside. His personal photography can be seen at fine art galleries around the world.
