Indiana native, Aaron Weiler, began his life long passion for production at age 6 while performing voice-overs for local radio station WCNB. This early interest in entertainment, and a brief meeting with another Indiana native, Director Robert Wise, inspired Aaron to attend Indiana University to pursue a B.A. in television and film production. While attending IU, Aaron worked at local PBS station WTIU/WFIU as Associate Producer and Editor of on-air promotions, and later worked at Paramount Pictures Television in Los Angeles as a drama and comedy development assistant to Anita Addison and Paul Heller. In 1988, Aaron moved to Atlanta to work for COMPRO Productions and 62nd Street Commercials as an Editor, Director, and Associate Producer on numerous award-winning non-broadcast productions, documentaries, commercials, music videos and television programs. In 2001, he was named one of Atlanta's "locals worth watching" by the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. Aaron formed his own production company in 2003 to pursue work on several independent television, film, and new media projects. In 2007, he was hired by Cartoon Network Latin America as a Writer/PrEditor for Cartoon Network and Boomerang sponsorships & promotions, and in 2008, he was asked to help launch a new network called Tooncast. In 2013, Aaron was promoted to Supervising Producer/Writer for Cartoon Network & Tooncast. Along the way, Aaron served two years as Associate Artistic Director for Atlanta's Stage Door Players and volunteered his time as the Communications and Information Technology Committee Chair for the Georgia Production Partnership (GPP), a not-for-profit coalition of companies and individuals who are active in Georgia's film, video, music, and interactive game industries. GPP's mission is to help promote and support the growth of the entertainment industries in Georgia. Aaron is also a supporting member of Atlanta Cutters and Atlanta Film Festival 365.
