From the Little Dutch Boy in Dutch Boy paint commercials to Mr. Presence in the cult classic Troll 2, Lance Williams has been an international performer, producer, director and writer whose credits span more than three decades. Lance has written, produced and directed a broad slate of projects including feature films, television programming and business industrial film and video. Having finished the successful 10th Anniversary Encore release of Charly through the feature film division of Artists International Media, Focused Light Films, Lance is now producing the television series, Parade of Homes Show. On the other side of the camera, he has performed in foreign as well as domestic feature films, television programs, HBO original programming, cable productions in general, and in numerous national and regional commercials. As Associate Producer for National Independent Pictures in Hollywood, Lance produced work for network television and feature films. National Independent Pictures also assigned Lance to produce corporate film and video throughout California. After becoming certified by the Paris Institute, he instructed modeling and acting for the studio at their corporate training facility in Newport Beach. Lance has taught modeling for Clenné International, UNO Talent and on the college circuit. Since taking over as director of the Professional Actors Workshop, Lance has trained actors for the film and television markets both within the workshop and in association with organizations like Wilhelmina Urban Talent Management, JF Images, McCarty and Eastman Agencies. Lance has also taught college level film and acting courses. Lance's undergraduate education culminated in a B.A. in Theatre and Cinematic Arts with an acting emphasis. He was also the Associate Producer for the university's Division of Continuing Education, producing many of the programs used by the university. Lance holds an MFA in producing from UCLA and is an alumni of the university's prestigious Producers Program where he worked with the top industry professionals in an intense but intimate hands-on approach to producing film and television. Lance is the founder of Artists International Media, a motion picture and television production company. Over the past few years, he has produced the feature films Summer of the Eagle, The Creator's Game, Fielder's Choice and Charly. Lance is a published author of three works including "Promised Valley, the Novel" which is the historic fictional work of the play Promised Valley by Arnold Sundguard and Crawford Gates. In addition to developing and producing motion picture projects, Lance continues as head of The Professional Actors Workshop, where he has trained actors for the film and television market over the past twenty-five years.
