Born in Los Angeles as Nina Hairston, this hard-working lady entered the entertainment industry at six years old when she was "discovered" in an elevator by an agent from the Dorothy Day Otis/Jack Rose Agency. After signing with them, she landed several guest-star roles on T.V., print modeled for major department store catalogs and performed on stage. During her teens, Nina stopped acting to focus on school. By 18, she married her high school sweetheart, Cecil Womack Jr., son to legendary Motown singer, Mary Wells and nephew to R&B legend, Bobby Womack. Eventually, Nina returned to her passion; entertainment. She attended L.A. City College Theater Academy then transferred to Cal State Northridge, graduating with honors. Now, all grown-up, Nina remains very active in the industry in front of the camera or behind it. If she's not acting in theater, TV, or film, she's crewing on them, and has recently stepped into the producing arena over the past several years.
