With twenty years experience as an award-winning writer, director, and agency creative Jason Wulfsohn has worked across multiple platforms, including feature films, broadcast commercials, digital content and branded entertainment. In 1998 Jason launched Jam Media, a broadcast production company, where he produced and directed several hundred TV spots for leading agencies and brands over a period of ten years. In 2008 he co-founded ONE/x, an independent ad agency and as executive creative director oversaw work for clients in consumer electronics, information technology, action sports, financial services and pharmaceuticals. In 2013 he joined an investment group that acquired a portfolio of digital agencies and technology platforms that were later integrated into AUDIENCEX, today a leading advertising technology and marketing company. His first short form directing experience was on behalf of non-profits like Rock The Vote, Save The Children and The Packard Foundation, work that led to directing stints with Satellite/Propaganda and Bruce Dowad & Associates. In 2002 he directed THE BONE SNATCHER, a supernatural thriller set on the Skeleton Coast in Namibia, released by First Look Media in North America and Overseas Film Group. In 2008 he co-wrote and directed the feature film TRACING COWBOYS, recipient of the AFI HDNet Award for best feature, and distributed by Vanguard Cinema. His film projects have won top honors at numerous film festivals, including the Hamptons International Film Festival, New Orleans Film Festival, Nashville Film Festival, Chicago International Film Festival, AFI Dallas and Cinequest. Jason earned a BA and MA in English Literature from Cambridge University and went on to complete an MFA at USC Film School where he received the John Huston directing scholarship. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons.
