Marine Corps Veteran, Firefighter, Lifeguard. Lover of all things Ocean and Outdoors. A Native of Southeastern North Carolina, I discovered my love for acting at the end of my teenage years on the set of One Tree Hill. As a local to the area I found steady weekly work as a background actor and often got to perform as a featured extra. I was hooked immediately. Rather than further pursue acting further after nearly three years of working as Background on local productions I followed another lifelong passion and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in the fall of 2005. I served as an Infantry Marine with Marine Corps Security Forces Battalion, 1st FAST, Third Battalion 2nd Marines, Lima Company, and with Weapons and Field Training Battalion, MCRD Parris Island. After leaving Active Duty I found myself in an uncertain world and would face many uncertain challenges in the coming years. One thing that was certain was my love for acting had never fully went away and I knew for sure I wanted to take another shot. I got my start in theater by landing the role of 'Actor 2' in a local production of A.R. Gurney's 'The Dining Room'. Shortly after this production I found myself moving back home towards Wilmington NC, where eventually I got my foot back in the door and back on various different sets as much as possible. I consider myself an experienced east coast actor who has been through both the ups and downs of what the southeast film industry has to offer. If asked I would tell anyone I have worked 'A lot of big small parts'. Most of the work I have done in film and television has been uncredited, stand-in, or photo double. Obviously I am always striving to hit those big speaking roles, but I look at it like this - this is the Southeast and we are lucky to have what we have so take absolute advantage of it and in the words of two of my biggest heroes and influences from the industry 'WORK!' Acting is a passion hobby for me and I am absolutely in love with it. My main goal is to work and stay busy, no matter the rate nor credit, I just want to be able to do what I love and do it steadily. To date some of my credits include Halloween Kills, Florida Man, Good Behavior, Secrets and Lies, Sleepy Hollow, One Tree Hill, and various commercials and student produced theater. I idolize guys like Moe Howard, Charles Bronson, and Leonardo DiCaprio and hope someday even if at a small scale I can follow somewhat in their foot steps.
