Joaquín Padró studied at San Francisco's Citty Collage, San Franciso¡s University, San Francisco's Film School and The Berkeley Institute. Joaquin started as a script and fist director assistant in movies shot in Spain during 1968 and 1970 working with British production Hammer Films. In 1971 he joins the IMB's sales department to coordinate the company's sales in Spain. Founder and President of Cinearte Films Inc. (1973-1976), and Magus Films Inc. (1976-1980) both companies specializing in advertising, film and television industry. In 1981-1982 Director Triex / Graal a company based in Madrid dedicated to audiovisual communication systems. Later he joined the team of N.C.K. also in Madrid (1982-1983) as producer and director of the audiovisual department. 1983-1986 was co-director and executive producer of ICM a company based in Barcelona dedicated to the production of commercials, 1986-1990 Executive Producer and director Movieland, S, A, in Barcelona and also engaged in the production of commercials. Since 1990, executive producer and founder of Rodar y Rodar Group Ltd. since this company has produced numerous commercials that have gained international recognition and has won numerous awards including the Golden Lion at Cannes. Five years later Joaquin Padro and Mar Targarona created the area dedicated to cinema and television. They have specialized in the production company for film and television fiction. Over the years they have produced several TV Movies ("Absolute Majority" 2005, "The hands of the pianist" 2008, "Ull per Ull" 2010). T.V. series ("Grandma Summer" 2005) and numerous films: "Die My Life" 1996, "Vivancos 3" 2002, "The Uncertain Guest" 2005, "The Orphanage" 2007, "Do not ask me Cause I'll kiss Kiss" 2008, "Julia's Eyes" 2010, "XP 3D" 2011, " The Body " 2012, "Who killed Bambi?" 2013, "Solo Química" 2015, "Secuestro" 2016.
