Andre Lillis was born in London, England, to Irish parents. He is best known for The Da Vinci Code (2006) Oscar and Lucinda (1997) and Day of the Sirens (2002) After university, he travelled widely; living, working and performing in the USA, India and Australia, as well as many points in between. A latecomer to acting, he made his stage debut as Petruchio in a touring production of The Taming of the Shrew, in Australia. His film debut opposite Cate Blanchett and Ralph Fiennes was in Oscar and Lucinda (1997) In 1997 he returned to live in London, conveniently for a cricket fan, close to Lord's Cricket Ground, and divides his time between London and rural Ireland. He has more passports than Jason Bourne, probably.
