Jade was born in the United States but it is Europe and Asia that made her a star. She was born in California, a place where most flock to become stars, but Jade voyaged to Japan instead. There she got her first taste of acting. She did a commerical for Raman Noodles at the age of five. She also did modeling and stage acting there. She later returned to California where she attended grade school and high school. But she never gave up on the entertainment world. She continued to take singing, dancing, and acting lessions. At the age of seven she moved back to the United States and settled into the theater center of the world, New York. There she auditioned for small roles in Broadway plays, including a performance of Gypsy. At the age of of 12 she moved back to San Diego. While in high school there she did an episode of Touched By An Angel, where she played a young girl infected with AIDS. After her 18th birthday she dropped everything and left for Los Angeles to become a singer/songwriter. She would try several different types of music and formed different groups. But she found her home in a band known as Sweetbox, who was in need of a new lead singer. She has been with them since and has put out two albums and a number of successful albums in Germany and Japan. She continues to write and sing for the band as they tour Europe and Asia.
