David Figlioli grew up in Sterling Heights, Michigan, a suburb outside of Detroit, and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in theatre from Wayne State University in Detroit. He is a busy character actor known for both dramatic and comedic roles in film and television. Leading film roles include working along side Burt Reynolds and Bruce Dern in the dramatic western "Hard Ground" and with Billy Gardell in the screwball comedy "Special Unit" for which he won "Best Actor in a Feature Film" at the Chicago Comedy Film Festival. Recurring television roles on "Lucifer", "Murder in the First", "Kirby Buckets", "Penny Dreadful: City of Angels", and a myriad of guest starring roles including "Brooklyn Nine-Nine", "Grimm", "Castle", "Last Man Standing", "The Middle" and "Monk". David is also the author of 2 books: "The Art and Business of Acting in Commercials", based on his over 100 national commercial bookings and "Memoirs of a Circus Clown", chronicling his decision to temporarily leave Hollywood at the age of 40 to perform with the Cirque Du Soleil show "Corteo" for 3 years and over 1000 performances in North America, Japan and Russia. David lives in Hollywood, California with his pit bull companion Cooper.
