Rebecca Merle is a performer, artist, and writer in New York City. She was raised in the Midwest where she began performing in Equity theatre as a young child. Her childhood provided ample opportunity for creativity, which she embraced largely through her work in the arts including performing arts. Rebecca studied Film at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and started her career behind the scenes in feature film in Los Angeles. Soon thereafter, she was selected for the Page program at NBC Studios in Burbank, California, where she began work in television. She relocated to New York City continuing her work behind the camera on music videos, commercials, in television, and film. She explored a variety of departments along the way gaining valuable insight into different areas of the industry firsthand in the company of respected professionals. As intended, Rebecca returned to her work as a performer, artist and writer; at times this work includes visual arts, improvisation, song, dance, drama, and comedy. She lives in New York City.
