Stanislava Kalcheva

Stanislava Kalcheva graduated in Film and TV Directing at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia in 1981. In 1981-91 she worked as an assistant director and film director at Boyana Film Studios. Since 1991 she has been a free-lancer. Director of three fiction films and of the documentaries: Darii and His Friends (1997), A Song (1998), A Trace (2000), The Road (2002), Lovech, My Town (2004), Sunny Beach: A Piece of Paradise (2004), A Bulgarian Voice in Europe (2005), Your Choice: To Live (2005), The Unknown about the World-Known (2006), Night in Sofia (2008), The Group (2008).
