Marcos Efron

Marcos Efron was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and raised in Houston, Texas. After earning a business degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Marcos worked as an investment banker in New York but eventually chose to tackle more creative endeavors and moved to Los Angeles. While working as a studio executive, Marcos began directing commercials and music videos for a variety of artists, including Jewel and The Fates. After his evocative short film "Common Practice" played the Sundance Film Festival, Marcos left the executive world behind to focus full time on developing a slate of film and TV projects.
