Scott Slifer

Scott grew up in Walnut Creek in Northern California. Writing has been his passion since he was in the third grade. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2004 with a BA in Film Studies and a minor in English. He followed his dreams to LA, and currently resides in West Hollywood, California. In 2010, Scott was nominated for a Daytime Emmy in the "Outstanding Special Class" category for his work as a producer on the reality docu-series, "Ruby," which followed the inspirational weight-loss journey of a 500-pound woman.
