Karen Swartz

Karen Anne Swartz was born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania on the fourth of July, 1963. She is the second of five daughters born to Thomas Swartz and Jeanne Jourdan. She spent her formative years in South Bend, Indiana. Karen had a short but very successful acting career. Her credits include Beyond Our Control, Bye Bye Birdie, and The Iceman Cometh. In the early 1980s Karen gave up her acting career to pursue other interests including yoga, law, theology, and Japanese culture. Karen now happily resides in Houston Texas with her husband Mark and three children Stephen, Chelsea, and Kevin.
