Native New Yorker, Ken Webb was hired by VH1 as a writer/director of on-air promos right out of undergrad after his thesis film, The Waiters, won numerous awards and became a region finalist for the Student Academy Award. With a 20 year career in the field, Ken Webb has directed music videos and short films, including the New York Times published Op-Doc 'Subway Alarm' which helped to silence the noise pollution of the emergency exit door alarms that went off unchecked for 9 years in NYC. Recently, he directed the 'Got Milk Parody' commercial for the Broadway show 'Hamilton.' He has also taught film production at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Additionally, Ken Webb is a prolific songwriter with a dozen full-length records of original songs to his credit.
