Paul James Parker was born in Purley, London, United Kingdom on June 13th, 1961. Parker grew up in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia to English migrant parents. Parker began working in television as an actor as a Changi prisoner on The Sullivans in Australia in 1979. Parker graduated from University in 1991 with a Bachelor in Education in Literature, Language Linguistics and Drama from Deakin University / Victoria College - Rusden. Parker was a Best Actor winner for a television screen role at the Ballarat South St., Eisteddfod, Ballarat, Victoria, Australia in 1998 and soon after was cast in Neighbours. Parker moved to Sydney in 1998 where he got his biggest breakthrough on screen, that of playing the lead role of Bruce in the feature film Eloise. Parker has acted in 31 films. Most of these films have been student or young filmmaker films; uncredited on IMDB. Parker moved to the USA in 2000 where he acted in some television pilots and short films, The Young and the Restless on television and in the feature film Windtalkers. Parker began writing for the screen in 1999; when he wrote the first draft of his feature film script N.F. Parker began directing actors show reels in 2015 and film in 2018. Three of Parker's short films have been directed in Japan with Japanese actors: Die San Vacuum Cleaner, Neighbours - A Comedy and Neighbours - A Drama. Parker began producing film in 2018.
