Jessica Moreno is an actress and producer working with Matt Morillo and Kings and Desperate Men Productions out of both New York and Los Angeles. She has produced and originated lead roles in several of Morillo's plays, including the bi-coastal and off-Broadway premieres of "Angry Young Women in Low Rise Jeans with High Class Issues," the award-winning production of "The Inventor and the Escort" at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and the Hollywood Fringe Festival Encore! Producers Award-winning "All Aboard the Marriage Hearse," for which she won the Theatre Unleashed Award for Most Unleashed Performance and received a Stage Scene LA Award nomination for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy. Jessica has also performed lead roles in numerous productions supervised by Anne Bogart with the Columbia University MFA Directing Program, and has worked in regional theater. Jessica received her acting training from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Stella Adler Studio of Acting, Second City, and SITI Company. She received her directing training from Maria Mileaf. Jessica graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors from Columbia University with a BA in Socio-Cultural Anthropology.
