Serge Kushnier

Serge is an award winning screenwriter, filmmaker, and playwright based out of New York City. His focus as a story teller is rooted in what he sees it is to be human and imperfect. Over the course of his career, Serge has written and directed films which have competed at festivals across the globe. His debut feature film "The Idea Of Manhood" took home best screenplay and best picture at The 2018 Phoenix Film Festival and is now available to stream on Amazon Prime. Prior to making films Serge worked consistently as a professional actor for fifteen years. He performed across Canada and the U.S. most notably on Broadway in the Tony Award-winning musical Hairspray-in addition to roles on television and in films.
