Robin Raven

Robin Raven was born on March 1 in Mobile, Alabama. She grew up in the smaller town of Saraland, Alabama. She moved to New York City as a teenager to pursue her art and education; she now calls Southern California her home. She has studied the art of acting extensively with mentors Susan Batson and Greg Braun. Also a writer, Robin has been published many times over, including as the writer of SAG President Melissa Gilbert's biography on Melissa's official website. Robin blogs at RobinRaven.com, and she has written for books, magazines, newspapers and websites. In her first feature film role, "The Third Nail," Robin plays opposite Charles Dutton and Huntley Ritter as Dana, the parole officer assistant to Charles Dutton's parole officer. She considers the role a true blessing, and is honored to have appeared in the film with such a talented group of people. "Next Stop: Nina," Robin's debut novel, was released in May of 2015. Also, she has a holiday-themed children's book coming out during the fall of 2015. Although Robin has been focusing entirely on her writing career, she looks forward to returning to acting in 2015.
