From television commercials to major feature films, Darlene's faith, determination, perseverance and positive expectancy has propelled her into important roles in the film industry. To acquire more acting and film experience from all viewpoints, Darlene studied screen writing to further develop her acting skills and launched her own film production company Global Vision Filmworks LLC. Darlene recently completed her first action/adventure screenplay for a feature film. Darlene has worked in the Oscar winning movie Ray directed by Taylor Hackford with Jamie Foxx, Runaway Jury with John Cusack and Dustin Hoffman, Big Fish with Ewan McGregor and Robert Guillaume and lead roles in the The Saints of Mt.Christopher and Dreamz-The Movie which was filmed in beautiful India. Darlene plays the role of Ms. Julia in the feature film Dreamz and she is a co-producer. Darlene has been cast in roles in roles for television and she has previously been appointed to serve on the Advisory Council for the U.S. Small Business Administration's Region IV Advisory Council and has served as President of the Parent Teacher's Association for Erwin Craighead Elementary School.
