Jeff grew up in the small New England town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts. It was in Chelmsford where Jeff first began acting, taking the lead role in the school play when he was just 10 yrs old. He decided to let acting take a backseat to academics, enrolling at the Middlesex School in Concord, Massachusetts. A varsity athlete in basketball and cross country running, he quickly returned to acting as part of a student production of West Side Story that toured through England. Jeff continued his education at Emory University in Atlanta where he dual majored in Economics and Film Studies. It was at Emory where his passion for acting and filmmaking finally took control. Jeff and his roommate Bill Askew became the first students at Emory to produce a feature length student film with the release of The Breach in 2001, and the duo directed the film's prequel less than a year later with the release of their second feature, The Gray Man (2002). The Gray Man earned recognition as an official selection at the 2002 New Hampshire Film Expo. After a short return to New England following graduation, Jeff has moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry; acting and producing a number of short films.
