Antonio Marmolejo Cantos, best known as Antonio Cantos was born in Antequera (Málaga. Spain). He moved to UK and studied at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London. He founded the Spanish theatre company in London TELON, and worked as a theatre director at the Technis Theatre in Camden Town. In 1996 he moved to Ibiza (Spain) where he founded the independent theatre company Fila Zero and built the Sala Europa, a theatre space. In films, we can see him in David Winters' comedy Welcome 2 Ibiza (2003), in the french movie An homme, an vrai (2003) directed by the Larrie brothers and Santiago Tabernero's Presentimientos (2013). He has worked in numerous TV shows like El Principe o Los misterios de Laura. Most recently, he's worked with Richard Gere on the BBC series MotherFatherSon and with Antonio Banderas in Genius Picasso.
