Yuliet Cruz Delgado (born 1980) is a Cuban actress and presenter with a career in film, theater and television. Among her main works we could mention the leading roles in feature films such as Conducta (2014), Esteban (2016), Ana's movie (2012), Melaza (2012) or Habana Eva (2010). She has also been part of successful theatrical productions such as Aire Frío, Fíchenla si pueden or Talco. Yuliet Cruz has a Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts from Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA), and she has received several awards along her career, such as the New York ACE Critics Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2014 and the Award for Best Female Performance in Theater stand out in 2015. Her presence in cinema is wide; she has given life to characters such as Sonia in the feature film Conducta (2014) or Miriam in Esteban (2016), widely acknowledged both by the public and specialized critics. Among other films, we can mention Sergio y Sergéi (2017), Se Vende (2012), Melaza (2012), Habana Eva (2010), Habana Blues (2005) and Ana's movie (2012) with which she deserved the ACE Critics Award at the New York Latin Film Festival for Best Supporting Actress. She has a vast experience in the theater, as part of the prestigious Argos Teatro company directed by Cuban playwright Carlos Celdrán, 2016 National Theater Award. In television, she has played different roles in series and tv plays and has been the host of regular programs and talent shows such as La Banda Gigante.
