Herb Lichtenstein has a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Southern Illinois University. He went on to study improvisation with the legendary Paul Sills. His gift for weaving words together led him to be a writer/performer in Practical Theatre's SOAPBOX SWEEPSTAKES: THE 1984 ELECTION REVUE. His knack for words ultimately merged with his passion for cult model Bettie Page, by writing and directing the solo performance piece, BETTY PAGE TALKS SIN: A LECTURE/DEMONSTRATION. He is also the author of the one-act play, JESS C. HELLLMZ GETS AIDS, DIES AND MEETS ROBERT MAPLE-THORP. He's been an ensemble member of the SAG-AFTRA Senior Radio Players since 2002.
