Kemper Sease was born in Durham, North Carolina. He starred in his first theatrical production, "The Night Before Christmas", at Grady Brown elementary school, in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Raised in a small tight knit community, and moving to Chicago, Illinois, exposed Kemper to the versatility and diversity of people, of all ethnicities and cultures. After returning to North Carolina, he eventually formed a friendship with fellow artist and London Night Studios, founder, Everette Hartsoe. The duo, sharing their mutual interests in the arts, began pursuing acting. Kemper Sease's first film was Kevin Summerfield's "Legend Of Sleepy Hollow High". To further his developing passion for acting, he began performing in local community theater productions in Catawba County, North Carolina. Theaters, such as the monumental Charles Jeffer's Theatre, Fireman's Kitchen, Lincoln Theatre Guild and Foothills for Performing Arts, further compounded his talents and experience. In 2000, he began pursuing roles at North Carolina's School of Arts, in student films. His first film was Jonathan Foster's "Ready or Not". Eventually landing him in numerous productions, at the NCSA. His films at the NCSA vary from the comedic role as Satan in Smokey Cloud's, "Devil and Jimmy Cross", westerns like Pat Siler's "Driftwood", to award-winning films such as Kern Saxton's "Roadside Convienance". More recently he starred in Tyler Jackson's final exodus "Landing Gears" and and independent "Fear of the Dark". HAs written three screenplays. The first of which, "Tristyn's Trumphet" will begin production in early 2006.
