Composer, conductor and guitarist educated in Newark schools who became a guitar soloist on radio, films and later television, and a recording artist. Joining ASCAP in 1964, his chief musical collaborator was Randy Sparks. His popular-song compositions include "Wagoners Song (Land of the Sacramento)".
