Raymond Parker is a young rising star in the Independent film world. Born in the nation's capitol, he has appeared in a variety of independent films. In these he has portrayed a wide variety of characters, from a down-on-his-luck boxer who decides to make a life-altering change, to a womanizing salesman who gets his comeuppance, to a disillusioned detective who makes one last try to do the right thing.
