Dennis was raised in Southern California where he decided to work in Special Effects for film at the age of 16. He received an A.A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology after high school, and began working as a Pyrotechnician for a local fireworks company. After his career took him through Telecom, Arcades, and Flight Simulators, he found himself in the Fireworks Department at the Disneyland Resort, when he entered into Special Effects, and has been doing Practical Special Effects for Commercials, T.V., and Feature Films since. He joined I.A.T.S.E. Local 44 in 2016; Along the road to Special Effects, he found a calling and passion for Producing, Writing, and Directing. He was blessed to produce a short film titled "USELESS" along with his wife, and the film won the 168 Hour Film Festival in 2010, later went on to win [Best Short Film] at the S.A.I.C.F.F.. He also produced, wrote and directed a few projects, which he finds very rewarding. He looks forward to creating more content of his own...
