Layke Anderson is an award-winning British filmmaker. Dylan's Room (2012), his debut as a writer and director, screened at over thirty international film festivals, picking up multiple awards in Best Short Film and Best Drama categories. The film also made the BAFTA long-list, and was nominated for a British Independent Film Award in 2013. His follow up, Happy Thoughts (2014), is an experimental drama inspired by the characters of J.M. Barrie's Peter Pan. As an actor, his filmography includes work with directors Danny Boyle and Richard Attenborough, though his most notable screen role was starring opposite Udo Kier and Stephen Fry in the German/Luxembourgian movie House of Boys (2009). He has now focused his attention on working behind the scenes.
