Tom Morash

Tom has been involved in film and television for well over a decade. His feature-film directorial debut, "1/2 New Year", was released widely in 2019 after winning LAGFF's Orpheus award for Audience Best Picture. He also wrote and directed "2BR02B", a short film based on Kurt Vonnegut's short story and starring Zach Roerig. He's also written Jim Thorpe, PA, the incredible story of how a town came to be named after an athlete who never even visited it. The film is produced by Megan Jordan and Tanya Savard. He'll also be directing "Inside the Butterfly Net", an award winning script written by Georgia Menides. Parallel to his writing and directing career he's had a successful career in lighting with credits that include Star Wars: Obiwan, Captain Marvel, Perry Mason, Terminator, and Westworld.
