Anna Ruben

Born in London to French and American parents, Anna speaks fluent French and is often cast in American roles. She can be seen opposite Leslie Mann in Amazon prime's upcoming series "The Power"(2021), and in Disney's new spin-off, "Andor" (2021). She can also be seen playing Jason Isaac's on screen wife in "Sex Education" series 3 (2021). Anna started her professional life as a journalist before quickly discovering her true love was acting. She studied in Los Angeles with Howard Fine and also with the one and only Uta Hagen. She played Carey Gibson in the BAFTA winning "The Imposter"(2012) directed by Bart Layton (American Animals) and wrote and produced her own trailer for a historical feature film currently in development. Anna has a BA and MA in History from the Universities of Edinburgh and The Sorbonne respectively. She was nominated for a best actress award at the Barbados Film Festival for her lead role as Dr Jane Harte in the comedy/drama "Dear Jane" (2016).
