Adam Heffernan

Adam Gair Heffernan was born and raised in New Hampshire. He apprenticed at Actors Theatre of Louisville, and he received his B.A. from The University of New Hampshire. He received his M.F.A. in Acting from The University of Tennessee - Knoxville. He is the former artistic director of Highlands Playhouse and Instant Theatre Company, both of Highlands, North Carolina. In 2016 he received the Best Actor award at the Cleveland 48 Hour Film Festival for his role in "Black Market Beauty". He is married to Lizzy Renfroe and they have three children, Henry, Willa, and Rosamund.
